Amaranthe ha editado, en Europa, hoy 13 de Abril su disco debut, "Amaranthe", con el sello Spinefarm Records, el cual se puede escuchar en su totalidad vía streaming a través de Record Shop X.

Esta "superbanda" reune a músicos de diferentes bandas como el guitarrista y teclista Olof Mörck (NightRage, DragonLand), el vocalista (voz limpia) Jake E (Dream Evil, DreamLand), el vocalista (voz gutural) Andy Solveström (Within Y, EvilDoer, Cipher System), el batería Morten Lowe Sorensen (The Arcane Order, Submission), el bajista Johan Andreassen (Engel) y la vocalista femenina Elize Ryd (Kamelot).
